Brilliant idea and gorgeous lehenga, yet lackluster service

I had an upcoming traditional Indian wedding coming up and found AllBorrow, a California-based formal Indian attire rental service through some research. I had initial reservations renting through them as I wasn't sure if their service was trust-worthy or not, but looking through the reviews on their website and social media -- where they've taken the time to post tutorials for how to wear saree -- I decided to give them a try.
The lehenga I picked (Pixie) arrived a day in advance of my starting reservation date, and boy did it not disappoint in its beauty! It arrived in a box enclosed with the blouse, full skirt and dupatta shawl, along with a return label, wet wipe for emergencies, and a couple of safety pins -- very thoughtful of them to include. The skirt came exactly as pictured, while the blouse looked very similar except for the beading, which became a troublesome issue for me later on as I'll go into detail in a bit. The lehenga I picked seemed to come in one size as there wasn't an option to choose, but the description gave the measurements. As a petite, the skirt still came out to be fairly long, but the measurements did help me tons in choosing which lehenga would fit better on me, so don't forget to review those carefully before renting online. The blouse was a bit tight to put on, as while it is adjustable to some extent using the drawstrings on the back, the drawstrings come laced on the blouse and are not fully adjustable as the ends of the drawstring are decorated.
The beading on the blouse became a serious issue for me as they came off very easily just while attempting to put it in. In fact, there were beads rolling in the shipping box when it arrived. It wasn't a huge issue for me at first, until I realized the beads left empty strands that didn't look at all appealing, so I had to work around that for the event. I did reach out to AllBorrow over email to see if I could get help with this, but I got no response.
The embroidered sequins on the skirt was my absolute favorite part of the dress. The lehenga is easily one of the prettiest quality pieces I've had the chance to wear, but the experience with the blouse and the service was frustrating and left a lot to be desired. I shall update my rating accordingly depending on how the lehenga return experience goes. My biggest fear with these kind of rental services is that they send a damaged or close-to-falling-apart product and bill the customer for it, and I hope AllBorrow can prove they aren't that kind of service.

Arrived right in time!

I ordered the lehenga the week of the wedding and was very happy it arrived right on time. It fit well and was very high quality. Housekeeping accidentally recycled my box at the hotel. All Borrow was very helpful in helping me get a replacement label to print. 10/10 recommend.
