This was my first time renting from All Borrow. The order process was easy and the customer service was incredible. My only reason for not giving this a 5 star review is that the outfit I rented had many "wear" marks on it. The corset string in the back was unravelling and looked worn, the clips were either missing or unusable. While I love that it had been well loved, I think just replacing those minor pieces would increase the longevity of the rentable pieces. I didn't feel like the quality of the garment was necessarily worth the rental price with those imperfections. Otherwise, I received tons of compliments and felt very much appropriately dressed for the occasion.
This was the perfect dress for an Indian Wedding! IT arrived on time, fit well, and was beautiful! I loved wearing it and got so many compliments. The return was a breeze, too!
